About
The Team
Paul Starr

Paul has over a decade of experience putting on events. He got his start with his love of craft beer and selling merchandise at various events under the "I'm A Beer Hound" brand. This led to becoming involved in organizing some of our longest running events including "Lansing Beerfest" and "Beerfest at the Ballpark". Paul and Alex first started working together on Oktoberfest Grand Rapids before joining forces as "5475 Days".
When Paul isn't putting on an event he spends his time focusing on vendor relationships for our events, booking musicians and overseeing our graphic design.
Alex Neininger

Alex got his starts taking the reigns of Oktoberfest Grand Rapids. The event has been running in various forms for over forty years. The last ten have seen Alex as festival director. In that time the events attendance and footprint have dramatically grown. When Paul was first getting the Bourbon Events off the ground he called in Alex for some additional support. Years and many events later we've become "5475 Days".
When not putting on an event Alex handles our back office functions - Finance, Technology, HR, Insurance, event venues, equipment rentals and our Box Office / Ticket Sales.
Cassidy Turner

Cassidy joined 5475 Days shortly after its start managing all social media platforms for our events. Ensuring that every digital interaction reflects our brand’s vision, she creates dynamic and engaging content tailored to diverse audiences. She recently expanded her role to include marketing and advertising across digital platforms.
Clark Powell

Clark is 5475 Days' most recent addition. Clark is charged with sponsorships / activations. He leverages his extensive sales experience to meet with potential sponsors and create fun activations. Clark also gets involved in our non-alcohol event vendor relations.
